Delete your Emora account
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for
the Emora app (Android package app.emora.mobile), published by
Tentpole Distribution Ltd (a GoQuest Media company).
How to request deletion
- Email vivek@goquestmedia.com
with the subject line “Delete my Emora account”, sent from the email
address (or including the phone number) linked to your Emora account.
- We verify the request against your account’s linked sign-in method
(Google, Apple, or email/phone code) — we may reply to confirm it’s really you.
- Once verified, deletion is queued immediately and runs as an automated,
resumable process. You’ll receive a confirmation when it completes.
If you use Emora anonymously (without creating an account), no
account exists on our side to delete; uninstalling the app removes the anonymous
device identity.
What is deleted
- Profile and personal information (email/phone, display identity)
- Linked sign-in identities (Google / Apple / email-phone links)
- Coin wallet profile and entitlements
- Predictions, community posts and creator submissions, referrals
- Watch progress, sessions, active streams, push-notification tokens, device links
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and financial records are retained as required for tax,
accounting and fraud-prevention compliance — but they are
pseudonymized/de-identified during deletion so they no longer
identify you.
- All other data is removed by the deletion process, which completes within
30 days of a verified request.
Partial completion is never silently reported as full deletion — if any step of the
process fails, it resumes until everything above is genuinely removed.
Data export
You may request a copy of your data before deleting your account — use the same
email address above with the subject “Export my Emora data”.
